Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- Attained either the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), WSQ Advance certificate in Training and Assesment (ACTA) or equivalent Training and Adult Education (TAE) qualification; and
- Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree;
- Possessed at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/ or Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.
- Conduct training and assessment in Instructional Design, or training related topics;
- Part of a learning solutions consultancy team whereby their expertise on the psychology of learning, instructional strategies and their understanding of how learning takes place and recommend constructive and practical solutions;
