Job Description
**SUMMARY:**
Intended for individuals who have completed a 3-year hematology/oncology fellowship. The primary responsibility of the scholars will be research and teaching.
**ESTENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Characteristic Duties:
*I.**Clinical*
A. Shows evidence of competence in clinical care and performance.
B. Shows promise of developing a unique role in patient care services
*II.**Administration/Service*
[A. Shows promise for institutional administrative service.]()

A. Shows promise of ability to carry out collaborative research & participate in team science
B. Actively engage in research and scholarly activity to enhance the academic environment of the department.
