Job Responsibilities:

Training & Supervision Support

• Assist the Instructor in managing daily work activities (e.g., sorting, cleaning, packing, assembling).
• Provide step-by-step guidance and hands-on supervision to trainees.
• Reinforce social skills, soft skills, and work discipline in a structured setting.
• Support in conducting daily exercises, cleaning, and other routine activities.
• Modify work tasks to ensure all trainees can participate effectively.
• Creating and adapting teaching materials and instructional aids.

Classroom & Operational Support

• Ensure trainees meet work expectations and deadlines.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and structured learning environment.
• Cover for instructors in other contract work or production classes when needed.
