Summary You will serve as an INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING DETACHMENT NORFOLK of NAVMETOCPRODEVCEN. Responsibilities You will develop, update, present and distribute training courses of instruction, multimedia graphic visual aids, tests and surveys, and other instructional materials supporting all phases of Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) operations.
