The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and continuously enhance innovative learning experiences that equip Qualcomm’s global workforce with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI driven environment. This role blends strong instructional design capabilities with modern learning technologies, AI enabled tools, and data driven insights. The ideal candidate is a creative systems thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning solutions while thriving in a fast paced , highly collaborative environment.
This role requires full-time onsite work in Mexico City (5 days per week).
