Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and apply adult learning theory to design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve engaging, effective, and inclusive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• This includes e-learning modules, virtual and in‑person instructor‑led training, job aids, train‑the‑trainer sessions, and other resources.
• Translate process documentation, SOPs, and solution blueprints into learner‑centered training experiences that drive performance.
• Own ongoing curriculum maintenance across assigned programs, ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with evolving business processes.
• Maintain version control and clear documentation of updates, ensuring transparency and consistency across learning assets.
