Role - Instructional Designer

Work Location: Electronic City - Bangalore, Karnataka.

Type: 6 Months Contract (further extension could be considered based on performance and requirement)

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical Engineering background)

Experience: 4-6 Years in Instructional Design

Job Brief : We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop technical/engineering learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling course content and engaging learning activities that enhance retention and interpretation

• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s comprehending training needs
