Learning Experience Architect (LXA) | Full-time, Onsite - Noida |

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

At Infopro Learning, we design learning that drives real performance, not just completion rates. We're looking for a Learning Experience Architect who is equal parts expert instructional designer, thoughtful mentor, and pragmatic problem-solver.

This role is for someone who still loves doing the work. You will personally design and build high-quality learning solutions while guiding a small team of instructional designers to do their best work. You'll use Infopro's Intelligent Design Framework (IDF), modern authoring tools, and Gen AI to create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and directly aligned to business outcomes.
