Role Summary

Responsible for the strategic design and creation of instructional content, focusing on sales enablement training and operational refreshes. This role transforms complex operational processes and sales strategies into engaging, pedagogical materials that ensure high knowledge retention and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enablement training modules for new Sales Representatives to ensure instructional and operational readiness.  

• Create and optimize sales training content and refresh materials based on identified performance gaps or process updates.  

• Apply andragogical principles and adult learning methodologies during the content creation process to ensure effective knowledge transfer and high levels of engagement.
