About the Role
We're hiring a high-energy institutional sales professional to drive new client acquisition in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Western markets. You'll partner with our Shanghai-based research team to bring China-anchored commodity and macro insights to hedge funds, commodity trading houses, and investment banks. This is a quota-bearing role with clear performance milestones β best suited for someone hungry to build a book of business, comfortable with AI-augmented workflows, and resilient to long sales cycles.
Job Responsibility:
- Own end-to-end new business cycle β from cold prospecting through trial, negotiation, and signed contract.
- Hit new client signings target within first 12 months; deliver consistent renewal performance on inherited book of business.
- Use AI to scale prospecting β build and run automated workflows for LinkedIn outreach, email personalization, lead scoring, and content delivery.
