- Ensure contractor compliance with project standards, specifications, and approved drawings through regular site inspections and audits
- Maintain comprehensive daily records of contractor activities, manpower, equipment, and site progress
- Undertake site supervision and measurements (pipe alignments, levels, elevations) as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE)
- Apply and enforce quality control and quality assurance procedures on site, monitoring contractor QA/QC activities and maintaining relevant records
- Prepare daily reports for the RE or ARE, including work orders, materials delivery, inspection activities, and identified site issues
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) for deviations, and follow up on corrective actions
