Job Description

THE ROLE

The Site Experience Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and organizational aspects of the Site Experience department while supporting and coordinating with the Project Managers and Director of Site Experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Site Experience and Visual Communications department personnel with job functions as needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of any drives, templates, SOPs, etc
  • Create and maintain inventory and maintenance log
  • Distribute information to various stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Partner with the project manager to onboard appropriate number of staff while maintaining databases of information
  • Maintain regular communication with the Management team
  • Manage travel accommodations through proper systems
  • Accurately and timely input all seasonal employee’s hours and respond ...
