Job Title: Licensed Insolvency Counsellor

Job Summary: The Insolvency Counsellor supports clients in their financial recovery by assessing their needs and providing tools and knowledge through mandated counselling sessions. This role is responsible for delivering insolvency counselling in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA), helping clients understand financial management, credit rebuilding, and long‑term financial wellness. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage a high volume of client sessions while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
