Job Description

What you'll do: 


  • Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions

  • Increase business by selling to customers in addition to taking COD orders

  • Process telephone orders by gathering all pertinent information to get a quote

  • Review tickets for billing; and processes billing reports

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, communications with customers and co-workers to provide technical information

  • Gain familiarity with the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods

  • Provide follow-up for customer quotes and lost sales

  • Gather marketing information regarding customers, competitors and pricing as well as implements sales strategies set forth by senior management
