About the Role:
We are looking to hire high-performing B2B sales professionals who specialize in new customer acquisition. The primary responsibility will be to identify, reach out to, and secure meetings with business heads and decision-makers across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and enterprise clients. This is a hunting role, best suited for proactive and driven salespeople who thrive in a high-impact, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on GCCs and large enterprises through cold calling, emailing etc
β’ Initiate outreach and secure meetings with CXOs, business unit heads, and L&D/HR stakeholders. β’ Conduct discovery calls and gather detailed training or capability-building requirements.
