11:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Full-Time



We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to handle client outreach, support hiring needs, and drive placements. If you have strong communication skills and a background in sales or BPO, this role is for you.



Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS

- Manage employer/client relationships

- Match candidates with job opportunities

- Coordinate interviews and submit qualified candidates

- Track performance metrics and meet KPIs



Qualifications

- High school graduate

- 2 years contact center experience in (B2B/SaaS)

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Good communication skills



Preferred:

- CRM experience
