KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Summary of Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative is a great place to start your Sales career at Wilcox Bodies. While assisting the Technical and Outside sales team you will learn our products, markets, industry and the Wilcox sales process and skills. This position will be a key point of contact for our customers and senior sales team to assist in product and application inquiries, expediting the sales process and following through with customer requests.

1. Assist the Technical Sales and Outside Sales teams
2. Enter and maintain confidential client information utilizing Wilcox CRM software
3. Manage customer satisfaction with all customers by delivering the utmost in customer service
4. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and parts quotations in a timely manner
