JOB PURPOSE The Inside Sales Executive serves as the primary internal sales contact for assigned accounts. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries in a timely manner and driving sales through exceptional service, proactive communication, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Meet or exceed established KPIs. Drive sales through prompt, accurate, and timely RFQ responses and quotation follow-up (BG quotes). Proactively manage Backlog and BIM activities in partnership with Customer Service (CS) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSR). Serve as the operational interface between Outside Sales and all supporting departments to ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries. Support the achievement of branch/regional sales goals, objectives, and initiatives.
