Reponsibilities: Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new & existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries Generate Renewal Quotation using Excel /Business Central Work closely with Maintenance, Presales and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewal Create MSA for Renewal contract Follow up closely on renewal opportunity and close it on time To recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services. Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies Source renewal quotation from respective vendors Upsell multiyear renewal and managed services Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
