Main Tasks:

  • Connects and maintains relationship with clients
  • Sells our merchandise by means of client calls
  • Sustains clients' sales by means of calls and follow-ups
  • Increases sales by means of opening new businesses as well adding more sales to existing clients through more items. Responsible for promoting and marketing new merchandise.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Input orders from clients
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
