Become an Inside Sales Associate in a dynamic office environment, where your bilingual skills can make an impact. Work closely with outside reps to enhance revenue for smaller accounts.

In this role, you will focus on accounts earning less than $15,000 annually, making a minimum of 20 outbound calls each day. Your tasks will include prospecting, following up on quotes, and updating CRM systems with call notes. You will also train clients on our online platform MT Direct through web demos.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with outside reps to increase account revenue
• Perform daily outbound calls; follow up and prospect
• Analyze Bill of Lading types and invoicing methods
• Conduct web demonstrations for customer training
• Complete required weekly and monthly sales reports
