Job Summary

MYC Media is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage company-generated leads, house accounts, existing customers, dormant accounts, and quote follow-ups. The person hired will be responsible for converting incoming opportunities, following up on open quotes, growing existing customer accounts, and helping turn customer demand into approved revenue.

• Manage incoming leads from phone calls, website inquiries, walk-ins, marketing, and repeat customers
• Follow up on open quotes until they are approved, lost, or disqualified
