Job Description
Red River’s Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) is a sales focused, commission-eligible role that is responsible for contributing to the company’s sales goals along with providing top-level customer service. The Inside Sales team works as the primary point of contact for Red River’s Account Executives and customers for all pre/post sale inquiries. The primary objectives of the Inside Sales position are to proactively drive sales opportunities while maintaining support for their Account Team(s) with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.

+ Manage a dedicated customer account list
+ Direct pairing and support for an internal Account Executive
+ Use insights from RADAR to support sales operations and decision-making
