What You'll Do

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and orders.
• Identify and source heavy-duty truck parts accurately and efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with existing customers while creating opportunities to increase sales.
• Recommend related products and upsell when appropriate.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, ...
