The Inside Partner Account Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing CommScope RUCKUS presence within existing and new resellers. This individual will work in close collaboration with the sales managers, sellers and leaders at the Reseller's with the specific objective to increase RUCKUS' revenue, customer base, and market share within their business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Establish, manage, and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new Resellers in the CALA region.
- Grow incremental revenue through the management of sales initiatives with the designated Resellers.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and on-boarding new or prospective Resellers.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity to the RUCKUS sales management team.
