Customer Success Specialist (EMEA) - Barcelona based.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support and grow strategic client relationships across the EMEA region within the online travel sector. Based in Barcelona, this role will work closely with travel brands, OTAs, airlines, hospitality groups, travel marketplaces, and travel technology partners to drive adoption, retention, and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with commercial awareness, operational problem-solving, and a passion for digital travel experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Operations teams across multiple markets and time zones.
