SUMMARY

IFF is creating a new role of Innovation Lead for PepsiCo Snacks in Greater China, that will work both internally and externally to ensure that IFF is positioned to meet future market and stakeholder expectations in this key focus region. The role provides a unique opportunity to work within the global IFF account team that supports PepsiCo snacks category to develop, influence and help implement strategies to support and drive business growth goals and increase win rates.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEAD

Reporting to the Global Technical Director, PepsiCo Snacks, the Innovation Leader – PepsiCo Snacks Greater China is accountable for delivering strategic innovation and driving proactivity to the customer, building key relationships with stakeholders both internally at IFF and externally at PepsiCo China.
