Structural Engineer – Pylons and Foundations

Responsibilities

• Design of lattice and tubular steel, wood, or polymer structures; design foundations (steel mesh, concrete, piles, screw piles, rock anchoring, etc.).
• Prepare detail design drawings and calculate structure connections.
• Supervise tests on pylons.
• Conduct studies, write reports, and prepare specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and integrate them into the design process.
• Coordinate work internally and with the client.
• Review calculations done by other engineers and supervise the work of junior engineers.
• Supervise the work of technicians and designers assigned to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering in civil or structural engineering.
• 10 years of experience in the field.
