The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure mold operability, reduce downtime, and guarantee the quality of the injection molding process through effective maintenance and team supervision.

What You'll Do Coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic injection molds. Ensure proper storage, handling, and availability of molds. Supervise daily mold maintenance activities to minimize production stoppages. Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards related to mold operation. Train, develop, and supervise technical maintenance personnel. Manage workforce administration activities such as payroll incidences, vacations, and attendance.
