Global Resourcing is seeking an experienced Service Delivery / Infrastructure Lead for an initial 6-month contract based in the West Midlands. The role involves reviewing supplier contracts, managing service performance assessments, and overseeing IT service delivery operations.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Delivery, experience in infrastructure leadership, and a preference for candidates with Local Government experience. The position offers a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days onsite each week.
