Job Description

Infrastructure Engineering Analyst – IBM i Engineer

The job profile for this position is Infrastructure Engineering Analyst, which is a Band 3 individual Contributor Career Track Role.

IBM i (iSeries) engineer who manages the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations. Implements common changes and service requests. Partners with IT leadership on engineering related issues, reporting and strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support of all aspects of the organisation’s IBM i estate for International Health.
  • Provides counsel and advice to management on significant Infrastructure matters, often requiring coordination between teams.
  • Contributes to the design, engineering and development of IBM i infrastructure solutions for projects and/or work requests for business solutions.
