The role of a Change Management Analyst is to support the IT Change Manager to ensure that the organisation can adapt and implement changes smoothly and effectively, whilst adhering to the governance processes and procedures for IT Change Management.

Change Request Management

• Registration and Categorisation. Register all incoming change requests, ensuring they are accurately categorised based on their type, urgency, and impact using the ITSM toolset as well as other Paragon toolsets, processes, and procedures.

Risk and Impact Analysis

• Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities associated with proposed changes. Review change to ensure comprehensive impact analyse has been performed to understand how changes will affect IT services, infrastructure, and business operations.
