General Responsibilities:

Act as the Owner's principal representative for all Project-related matters.

Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of construction and closeout.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Owner and consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Serve as the primary project contact as outlined in the specific areas below and in the job description.

Consultant and Contractor Management:

Monitor the overall performance of the Prime Consultant, engineers, specialty consultants, and the Construction Manager against their contracted scopes and schedules.
