Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support enterprise infrastructure platforms with primary accountability for server, storage, and VDI services, ensuring stability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the operational management, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the VDI platform, driving stable delivery of end-user virtualization services, enhancement of user experience, and roadmap planning for platform evolution.
  • Oversee the day-to-day health, maintenance, patching, upgrade planning, lifecycle management, and capacity management of infrastructure platforms.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions aligned with business, technology, security, and control requirements.
