• Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
• Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
• Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.
• Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
