Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a cloud orchestration portal that provides a single pane for developers to provision infrastructure, manage deployments and monitor resource utilization.

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable API services for developers to access infra capabilities (i.e. object storage access, file transfer pipelines, etc).

  • Identify and eliminate repetitive and mundane tasks to improving Developer and Infra Engineer’s efficiency and overall system reliability.

  • Build in observability for monitoring to assist in problem diagnosis and to provide insights to systems health and performance.

  • Define, track and report on SRE metrics, including SLO, SLI and error budgets.

  • Collaborate with Developers and Infra Engineers to understand their needs for reliable infra services.

  • Implement and adhere to security best practices for infra systems and services.
