Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,
asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device
lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and
coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support
β’ Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
(Windows, macOS, Linux).
β’ Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
β’ Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
β’ Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
Office Infrastructure Support
β’ Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and
workplace technologies.
