The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Information Technology (IT) specialist and quality assurance evaluator responsible for the Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air Combat Command (ACC) Telephone Operator Consolidated Call Center (TOCCC) enterprise located at Travis AFB. Responsibilities Administers the base local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) for the AMC/ACC TOCCC enterprise. Maintains inspection control and surveillance over the Telephone Switchboard Operations service contract. Summarizes results of evaluations of contractor's performance and provides documented results to recommend payments or negative incentives as required.
