Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding Support: Set up workstations, including new computer configuration, software installation, peripheral setup, and first-day on-site support for new employees.
• Technical Assistance: Provide helpdesk support (remote/on-site) to resolve IT issues, maintain office equipment (printers, meeting room devices), and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
• Network & Security Management: Install and configure network devices, perform regular maintenance, implement security policies, and ensure system protection through updates and patches.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain hardware and software inventory, track device usage, manage the asset lifecycle, and generate regular reports for management.
