We are partnered with a world class IT Consultancy based in Spain and working with clients on a global scale offering MSP services. They are currently recruiting for a passionate and innovative ITSM Tooling Lead to take full ownership of their new HaloPSA system - replacing the legacy Jira environment and shaping the future of how they deliver IT services across the organisation.

This is a greenfield opportunity to configure and evolve HaloPSA from the ground up. You'll be the subject matter expert, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart, scalable platform solutions — and driving continual improvement every step of the way.
