Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Coordinate with hospital departments for requirement gathering and workflow mapping.
• Conduct user training sessions for doctors, nurses, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other end users.
• Perform software installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide onsite and remote support for software-related issues.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
• Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure successful project completion within deadlines.
• Support data migration and master data configuration activities.
