Ensuring the security, confidentiality and integrity of the Council’s information is a critical legal and ethical responsibility. Practical knowledge of data protection and standards for information security is essential.

You will work closely with other security professionals within our team to cover the broad scope of corporate security assurance – physical, procedural and technical. You will develop training to raise awareness and highlight information security practices across the Council, with a mission to embed information security into the culture.
