1. 5年以上营销经验，熟悉海外市场，游戏行业背景优先2. 用户洞察能力强，能捕捉东南亚玩家对WOW玩法的需求3. 优秀的内容策划能力，懂东南亚文化、梗文化与审美4. 英语流利（工作语言），抗压能力强，热爱游戏
