Influencer Marketing Manager
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies
- Identify relevant creators aligned with brand goals and trends
- Coordinate content approvals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI
- Work closely with social media and creative teams for campaign execution
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Mandatory agency experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystem
