About the Role

We’re hiring an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage a network of micro and niche creators that amplify Wing’s recruitment campaigns and attract high-quality applicants. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic, high-performing content that extends reach, improves brand credibility, and drives qualified leads into the talent pipeline.

Salary: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit micro and nano influencers aligned with Wing’s employer brand, tone, and candidate demographics.
• Manage the end-to-end creator partnership cycle — from outreach, negotiation, and onboarding to campaign delivery and performance reporting.
• Develop and distribute creative briefs and content guidelines that ensure brand consistency and recruitment relevance.
