This is an excellent opportunity to provide expert care for patients with complex bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections in both hospital and clinic settings. **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Diagnose and treat a wide range of infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, and travel-related illnesses.
+ Provide consultations for infections related to immunosuppression (e.g., chemotherapy) and post-surgical complications.
+ Collaborate with primary care providers for referrals and integrated care plans.
