The Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking outstanding clinical faculty members to pursue a career as academic clinician–educators with administrative leadership responsibilities in  Antimicrobial Stewardship .

Position Summary

We are recruiting an Attending Infectious Diseases Physician who will:

• Provide care in both the ambulatory clinic and the inpatient consultative service
• Serve as the Director of Adult Inpatient Antimicrobial Stewardship at a large academic hospital
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of three inpatient Antimicrobial Stewardship pharmacists to optimize antibiotic utilization, evaluate and implement program initiatives, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
