**Job Summary and Qualifications**

+ Coordinates the Infection Prevention Program.
+ Develops, implements, and maintains a reporting system for hospital associated infections/communicable diseases.
+ Maintains communication with hospital staff regarding detection and surveillance of possible hazardous situations.
