InEight Coaching & Enablement (Primary Focus)

Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for InEight

Coach Project Managers and teams on practical, day-to-day use of InEight

Drive consistent, disciplined adoption across the project lifecycle (cost, schedule, forecasting, reporting)

Identify gaps in usage and provide targeted, hands-on coaching

Field Guidance & Capability Building

Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, using prior delivery experience to provide credible guidance
