Job Description

Responsibilities

:Accelerate Insurance Vertical Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute a vertical growth strategy to expand Sikich’s market share across carrier, MGA, wholesalers, reinsurers, and specialty insurance organizations. 
  • Drive strategic pursuits and pipeline expansion by aligning sales plays to insurance-specific challenges, including core system modernization, underwriting transformation, delegated authority oversight, digital distribution, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making.
  • Support account teams with deal shaping, executive positioning, and value articulation for complex, multi-solution opportunities. 
    • Deepen Industry Solution Selling
  • Champion Sikich’s differentiated Insurance offerings—particularly modernization of clientcore platforms (ERP, CRM, Policy, Billing, and Claims systems) and their ecosystem of technology solutions. This includes Digital Front Door solutions, financial and operational reporting, Dat...
